Following are some of our favorite links. We’ll continue to update the pages from time to time. One of the most interesting links is the Ski Magazine link … it takes you to a story about our hill!

Cleveland Metro Ski Council … Cleveland Metro Ski Council represents 25 ski clubs with a combined membership reach of about 8,000 spread throughout northern Ohio and western Pennsylvania. At their site you’ll find ski trips around the world sponsored by local clubs, race team information and more.

Holiday Valley  … A two- to three-hour drive for most of our members, Holiday Valley is a ski partner. Cleveland Ski Club members are invited to use one free week-day lift ticket to get to know the New York hill.

Lake MetroParks … Big Creek Ski Area is surrounded by Lake MetroParks, giving us a natural setting that preserves creeks, streams and ravines.

Lids on Kids … You’ll see most kids wearing helmets at Big Creek Ski Area. Want to learn more about finding the right helmet? Check this out.

Little Mountain Ltd. … One of our members owns this ski shop. He’s the guy who brings demo skis to our hill several times per season. You’ll find cool stuff and waxing/tuning services here.

NELSAP  -- The New England Lost Ski Areas Project is dedicated to the history of ski areas no longer in operation throughout the six-state region. We have a warm spot for these special places, but we plan to stay in operation.

SKI MAGAZINE  – Big Creek Ski Area was featured in this Ski Magazine story by non-other than social and political satirist P.J. O’Rourke. Of course, the magazine has lots of other great information.
