OUR SEASON

We open as early as we can in the season and ski until the snow is gone!  As soon as the temperature dips below 28 F, we’re feeding our snow guns a special SnowMax and enhancing the white stuff that Mother Nature gifts us. And, our hill faces North so even when it warms up, our snow takes a lot longer to melt.

ABOUT US

The Cleveland Ski Club is a group of more than 250 skiers dedicated to the sport of skiing and snowboarding.  Founded in 1937, it's one the oldest ski clubs in Ohio and one of 26 area ski clubs that are part of the Cleveland Metro Ski Council.  It's the ONLY ski club in Ohio with its own hill the serene Big Creek Ski Area which we acquired in 1958.  The ski club is maintained by moderate membership dues, volunteer assistance and proceeds from the annual Swap Shop.

RENTALS

The club does not rent skis or snowboards.  Contact Little Mountain Ltd @ 440.946.5028 for a season's lease.  Or, when you join we will put you in touch with a member who rents skis for the season.  

SKI PATROL

Be safe!  But just in case - we have a GREAT ski patrol on duty whenever we're open.  These folks are rigorously trained and certified by national standards.  By the way - the Cleveland Ski Club has the oldest Ski Patrol in Ohio!
